The SPA Sport Resort is located in the city of Itu, São Paulo state (Southeast Region of Brazil). The venue, with a total area of 140,000m², opened in 2004. It is suitable for Football and Tennis training.

The venue has accommodation for teams. It features two football pitches, one tennis court, rooms for strength and conditioning, first aid, medical treatment, physiotherapy and massage. Meeting/briefing and multimedia rooms, a private team management office, sauna and steam rooms, a restaurant, a café and a rest area are also available. The venue has controlled access and security personnel on site.

Since its opening in 2004 the SPA Sport Resort has provided lodging for many Brazilian Football teams during pre-season training, including clubs such as Flamengo (state of Rio do de Janeiro), Corinthians (São Paulo), Botafogo (Rio de Janeiro), Atlético Mineiro (Minas Gerais), Palmeiras (São Paulo), Grêmio (Rio Grande do Sul) and América de Natal (Rio Grande do Norte), as well as international teams such as Santos of Angola, Deportivo Tachira of Venezuela, South Korean teams Daejeon Citizen and Jeonbuk, and the National Football Team of Angola.

Itu is located in São Paulo state and has a population of 154,200 (IBGE index). One of its main attractions is a sedimentary rock of the Parque do Varvito (Varvito Park). It sits at an average altitude of 583m above sea level and is located 535km from Rio de Janeiro.
