The Complexo Beira-Rio is located in the city of Porto Alegre, capital of Rio Grande do Sul state (South Region of Brazil). The venue, which has hosted a number of international level sporting events, is currently undergoing renovation for the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil. It is suitable for Football and Tennis training.

The venue offers a restaurant, a café, rest area, and rooms for strength and conditioning, first aid, medical treatment, physiotherapy and massage. Meeting/briefing and multimedia rooms and a private team management office are also available. The venue has controlled access and security personnel on site.

Experience in sporting events:

For the past ten years, the venue has hosted international football championships (Libertadores da América, the Recopa Sul-Americana and the Copa Sul-Americana). More recent events include: the finals of the 2010 Copa Libertadores da América and the finals of the 2011 Recopa Sul-Americana. Prominent athletes who started their careers at the club include Falcão, goalkeeper Taffarel, Alexandre Pato, Nilmar and Leandro Damião, all of whom played for the Brazilian National Football squad.
