The Clube dos Funcionários da CSN is located in the city of Volta Redonda, Rio de Janeiro state (Southeast Region of Brazil), and is suitable for Tennis, Swimming, Diving, Basketball and Wheelchair Basketball training.
The venue features clay courts, a 50m swimming pool, and a diving pool. If offers strength and conditioning and first aid rooms, meeting/briefing and multimedia rooms, a private team management office, restaurants, cafés, a rest area, and sauna and steam rooms. The venue has controlled access and security personnel on site.
Experience in sporting events:
In 2011, the club hosted a number of regional level sporting events, such as the Campeonato Rio-Minas de Basquetebol (Rio-Minas Basketball Championship) in the U15 and U17 divisions, and regional swim meets. Among the many athletes who have trained at the club, the most notable is swimmer Thiago Pereira, 12-time gold medallist in the Pan American Games (six medals at the Rio de Janeiro Games in 2007 in and six medals at Guadalajara Games in 2011).
