The Conjunto Aquático da Secretaria de Esporte do Distrito Federal is located in the city of Brasília, Federal District (Midwest Region of Brazil). The venue is suitable for Synchronized Swimming, Swimming, Water Polo and Diving training and is experienced in hosting regional and national level sporting events.

The venue has, an eight-lane 50m swimming pool, diving pool, as well as an arena with trampoline bed and pit, a first aid room and a café. Parking is available. Access is controlled, with security personnel on site.

Experience in sporting events:

The aquatics centre hosted the XXIX Campeonato Brasileiro Júnior de Natação de Inverno (Brazilian Youth Swimming championship) and the 2011 Campeonato Brasileiro Infantil de Nado Sincronizado (Brazilian Youth Synchronized Swimming championship). Prominent athletes who started their career at the venue include Tatiana Santos of the Brazilian National Swimming Team. The venue was also used to train the swimmers representing Brazil at the Rio de Janeiro 2007 Pan American Games.

The capital of Brazil, Brasília is located in the Midwest Region of Brazil, sits at an average altitude of 1,172m above sea level and is 1,148km from Rio de Janeiro. The city has a population of 2,570,160 (IBGE index). The defining vegetation of the Federal Capital is called the "cerrado". The city was built from a Master Plan (Plano Piloto) drawn up by architect Lúcio Costa, and its main building structures were designed by architect Oscar Niemeyer.
