The Centro de Treinamento Esportivo da EEFFTO-UFMG is currently under construction in the city of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais state (Southeast Region of Brazil), and designed will be suitable for Athletics and Swimming training.
An existing athletics track and a 65m x 22.5m pool with bulkhead is scheduled for opening in 2015. The venue will feature rooms for strength and conditioning, first aid, medical treatment, physiotherapy and massage. Meeting/briefing and multimedia rooms, a private team management office, a café and a rest area will also be available. The venue will have controlled access and security personnel on site.
