The Complexo de Excelência em Atletismo Professor Osvaldo Terra da Silva is currently undergoing construction works and is located in the city of São Bernardo do Campo, in the metropolitan region of São Paulo state (Southeast Region of Brazil). Upon completion of the works, scheduled for September 2012, the complex will provide infrastructure for Athletics training. The venue will also be used for educational activities concerning environmental preservation and sports culture, engaging the entire local community.
The venue will feature strength and conditioning rooms and areas appropriated for first aid, medical treatment, physiotherapy and massage. It will also feature a meeting and briefing room, a private team management office, café, an exclusive rest area for athletes and a sports equipment safekeeping area.
