The Centro de Desenvolvimento do Handebol Brasileiro Cidade de São Bernardo do Campo is a project of the City Government of São Bernardo do Campo, a city located in São Paulo state (Southeast Region of Brazil), in a partnership with the Brazilian Confederation of Handball.

Upon completion of the construction works, scheduled from June 2012 to May 2013, the centre will feature own accommodation, strength and conditioning rooms, exclusive areas for first aid and medical treatment, infrastructure for physiotherapy and massage, and rest areas for athletes. The project will also feature meeting and briefing rooms, private team management offices, a restaurant and café, as well as controlled access and security personnel on site and an exclusive sports equipment safekeeping area.

The venue is located in a region that offers services, accommodation and commerce, and includes infrastructure to provide transportation and easy access to the city of São Paulo.
