The Clube Paranaense de Tiro is headquartered in the city of Piraquara, in the metropolitan region of Curitiba, capital of the state of Paraná (South Region of Brazil). It was founded in 1924 and has an area of approximately 367,000m², including four sheltered shooting stands, multi-disciplinary, as well as trap machines.

Inside its social quarters, the club offers a constructed area of 700m² and a gunnery for 150 sport arms, equipped with support tables and an armoured safe for ammunition and arms storage. The venue also includes a restaurant and café, first aid room and infrastructure for meetings/briefings, leisure and relaxation.

Experience in sporting events:

The club has already hosted numerous regional, national and international events. The most notable tournaments held at the site were the finals of the Continental American Championships, in the events of Trap, Double Trap and Skeet, and four Editions of the Copa Brasil of Trap, Double Trap and Skeet. Several high performance athletes are members of the club, namely Marcos José Olsen (participant of 8 Pan-American Games and 5 Olympic Games) and Wilson Zocolotte Júnior (participant of 2 Pan-American Games and 2 World Championships).

Piraquara is a city located in the metropolitan region of Curitiba, Paraná state capital, and sits on an average altitude of 897m above sea level and 839km from the city of Rio de Janeiro. It is a city rich in springs and environmentally protected areas and is responsible for over 50% of the water supply of greater Curitiba. The population of Piraquara is 93,207 (IBGE index).

Only 22km from Curitiba, this facility offers easy access to the urban infrastructure of the capital, encompassing its hotel network, commercial establishments and a variety of services.
