The Centro Estadual de Treinamento Esportivo - CETE is in the city of Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul state (South Region of Brazil), and is suitable for Athletics, Basketball, Judo, Volleyball and Wheelchair Fencing and is experienced in hosting regional and national sport events.

The venue has an athletics track, two multi-purpose halls, rooms for strength and conditioning, first aid, medical treatment, physiotherapy and massage. Meeting/briefing and multimedia rooms, a private team management office, a café and a rest area are also available. The venue has controlled access and security personnel on site.
