The Sociedade Hípica Chácara Flora, located in the city of Poços de Caldas, Minas Gerais state (Southeast Region of Brazil), is experienced in hosting regional sporting events. The venue is suitable for Equestrian training.
The venue opened in 1998. It features 600,000m2 with sand practice areas, a grass racing track, and 30 brick stables. Twenty-seven new stables are expected to be added in the near future. The venue also offers a farrier shop, a practice ring and separate stalls for animals under veterinary care. Also available are meeting/briefing and multimedia rooms, a private team management office, physiotherapy and massage room, a restaurant, a café and a rest area.
Experience in sporting events:
Noteworthy events hosted at the venue include the Mundialito de Equitação Fundamental (Level 1 International Show Jumping Championships) in 2003 and 2004.
