The service agreement is direct and shall be the sole responsibility of the parties involved. Rio 2016™ is not involved in any way in the negotiations between the venue and NOC / NPC.
- 2. Will Rio 2016™ provide any type of Financial Allowance to NOCs / NPCs?

The NOCs / NPCs will bear all costs related to the use of a venue, as well as to the services provided by the same. Rio 2016™ will not provide any type of Financial Allowance to NOCs / NPCs.
- 3. Do the venues offer exclusive rights of use?

Negotiations for exclusive use will be held between the venue and the concerned party. An icon regarding exclusive use may be found on each venue’s webpage on the Rio 2016™ Pre-Games Training Camp Site Guide.
- 4. What is the booking procedure for visits to the venue?

Visits must be booked directly with the venue and, if necessary, Rio 2016™ will be available to provide contact assistance.

The NOC / NPC is free to choose the venue that best suits its needs, and is not expected to choose strictly among the venues included in the Pre-Game Training Camp Site Guide. Actually, Rio 2016™ will only act as a contact facilitator for the venues included in the Guide.
Rio 2016™ should be informed on any agreements signed with a venue which is not included in the Guide.

- 9. What should be done in case the venue point of contact is unable to communicate in the same language spoken by the NOC / NPC representative?

Each venue has been advised to elect a representative with at least English proficiency to act as its point of contact with the NOCs / NPCs .
