Piracuruca
Piracuruca is the gateway to the Seven Cities National Park, which features rock formations that are about 190 million years old, as well as numerous rock paintings. The park's management team has prepared a special reception for the Olympic flame, with replicas of the torch in the visitors' centre. The relay will pass through some of the park's most beautiful locations, such as the Arc de Triomphe rock formation, an elevated viewing spot and a cave.
