Eleven nations have won places in the RS:X windsurf event in the Rio 2016 Olympic Games sailing regatta, the International Sailing Federation (ISAF) has confirmed.
The places are won by compeititors for their National Olympic Committes (NOCs), who decide whether to use the quotas and which sailors to send. The following nations won places via the RS:X World Windsurfing Championships in Mussanah, Oman:
Women: Hong Kong, Japan, Norway, Australia, Denmark, Greece
Men: Switzerland, Republic of Korea, Hungary, Hong Kong, Portugal, Mexico
