Today marks 100 days until the start of the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games. To celebrate this milestone rio2016.com has produced a playlist of some of our favourite Paralympic videos. Enjoy, get in the mood, be inspired...

Maybe you thought Paralympic athletes deserved your pity? Well think again. There is nothing delicate about wheelchair rugby. These guys hold nothing back.

In fact, no matter the sport, none of these guys hold anything back...

Brazil has won every edition of the 5-a-side football tournament since its inception, but don't be fooled there is talent from all over. Blindfolded? No problem, these guys are still capable of sending you to the shops; a drop of the shoulder and boom they're gone.

The city of Rio de Janeiro really can't wait for the Paralympic Games. Last year, with 365 days to go, the city hosted a mini games just to give everyone an idea of what we can expect.

Boccia or "bocha" in Portugusese, is a lesser-known event but an intriguing one that requires strategic astuteness, mental strength and good sleight of hand.

Have we mentioned that Rio is really looking forward to these Games? Well, in any case, here's a round-up of the best of the test events which drew thousands of spectators.

This stretch of road looks like it should the setting for a James Bond car chase, but it will in fact be the course for the road cycling event at the Rio Games. Travelling at pace, these cyclists can't afford to be shaken nor stirred.

Rio de Janeiro knows how to put on a show (ahem, hosts the biggest carnival celebration in the world every year) so we cannot WAIT to see what's in store for the opening ceremony. In the meantime, let's revisit the excellent show they put on at London 2012. Just 100 days to go now!
