Tall, short, fat, thin, Brazilian or foreigner, young or old, everyone is welcome... the dance director of the opening and closing ceremonies of the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games wants you to join the cast!

Celebrated theatre director, dancer and choreographer Deborah Colker, the first Brazilian artist to receive a Laurence Olivier Award, recorded this special video invitation for volunteers to strut their stuff at the legendary Maracanã Stadium in Rio.

Colker also choreographed a flash mob in Copacabana to celebrate the 500 days until the Paralympic Games milestone.

With applications to volunteer in the opening and closing ceremonies closing on 30 September, you have to move quick if you want to be involved – click here to sign up.
