Little less than three years to the 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Rio de Janeiro prepares itself to host the world’s greatest sporting event. Great projects are part of the preparations for the Games, such as the Olympic Village, the venues of Barra Olympic Park and the Golf course. In addition, important constructions ensure legacy as well as the city’s modernisation such as BRT lines, the expansion of Carioca Metro and the revitalisation of the port area.
