The President of the Rio 2016™ Olympic and Paralympic Games Organising Committee, Carlos Arthur Nuzman and Mrs. Márcia Nuzman have hosted this Thursday, at the Rio 2016™ Committee’s headquarters, the visit of His Royal Highness Crown Prince of Denmark Frederik Andre Henrik Christian and Princess Mary Elizabeth. Prince Frederik is a member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) elected in 2009.
During the visit, the President of the Rio 2016™ Olympic and Paralympic Games Organising Committee, Carlos Arthur Nuzman, presented the project on the first Olympic and Paralympic Games to be hosted in South America to the Royal Couple and Danish entrepreneurs. After that, the couple had lunch with Mr. and Mrs. Nuzman and had an overview of the Games venues from a helicopter flight over the city of Rio de Janeiro.
