THAT'S ALL FOLKS
Great Britain stunned the Netherlands on the hockey field, Germany were queens of the football pitch, Tajikistan won its first gold, Britain's Nick Skelton became an equestrian champion at 58, Kenya's Vivian Cheruiyot defeated Ethiopia's Almaz Ayana in the women's 5000m and Spanish badminton star Carolina Marin won her first Olympic gold medal.
But most of all, this will be remembered as the day Usain Bolt delivered on his promise. His victory as part of Jamaica's men's 4x100m relay team secured his historic sprint 'triple-triple' - and his ninth Olympic Games gold overall - to end his Rio 2016 just the way he dreamed it.
The Olympic Games are over for Bolt, but not for us. Not by a long way! Join us tomorrow for more Rio-Time Updates.

BRAZIL REACH VOLLEYBALL FINAL
Well that didn't take long. There have been some epic volleyball games at the Maracanãzinho in the last couple of weeks but this wasn't one of them. Brazil have made short work of their semi-final opponents Russia - winning in straight sets 25-21, 25-20, 25-17. The hosts will face Italy for gold on Sunday. Now THAT will be epic.

ANYTHING ELSE GOING ON?
You bet there is. All Brazilian eyes have long since strayed from Usain Bolt and are now trained intensely on the Maracanãzinho, where the hosts are taking on Russia in a men's volleyball semi-final.
It's going well for Brazil so far. They're two sets up and are leading 17-13 in the third.

DANES INTO HANDBALL FINAL
Remember that epic men's handball sem-final we told you about earlier? Well it was thrilling right until the end, but sadly there had to be a loser and that was Poland. Denmark won the match 29-28 after extra time and they will play France in the final.

SUPREME BOLT ANCHORS JAMAICA TO GLORY
If there was any doubt that Usain Bolt would secure his much-talked-about 'triple-triple' at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, it evaporated the moment he took the baton from Nikel Ashmeade on the final leg of Jamaica's electric 4x100m run. Slightly ahead when he started, Bolt powered away emphatically to win by a distance.
The bigger surprise came behind Bolt, with Japan taking the silver medal ahead of the third-placed USA.
JAMAICA WIN 4X100M RELAY GOLD
