NOW THEN... HOW ABOUT SOME ATHLETICS?

The action is under way at the Olympic Stadium. If we have anything close to the drama of last night, we're in for a treat.

BELGIUM REACH HOCKEY FINAL

Belgium have stunned neighbours Holland in the semi-final of the men's hockey tournament, a 3-1 win taking them into a gold medal contest against Argentina, who beat Germany earlier.

THERE GOES ANOTHER WEIGHTLIFING WORLD RECORD

Iran's Behdad Salimi Kordasiabi is the latest man to smash it...

YUAN IN A MILLION

China's Cao Yuan has won the men's 3m springboard final to claim his second Olympic gold medal. Great Britain's Jack Laugher took silver, while Patrick Hausding of Germany won bronze.

BOXING GOLD FOR BRAZIL!

Lightweight Robson Conceicao has beaten France's Sofiane Oumiha to claim Brazil's third gold medal of the Games and become his country's first ever Olympic boxing champion!

All over at Riocentro. Robson Conceicao surely has this in the bag. We await the confirmation...

And the second. All three judges have given it to Conceicao 10-9 in both rounds. The Brazilian is on the brink of gold.

Robson Conceicao has taken the first round...

Here comes Robson Conceição... the crowd goes wild.

KING ARTUR

Armenia's Artur Aleksanyan has won the men's Greco-Roman wrestling 98kg final, beating Cuba's Yasmany Daniel Lugo Cabrera to claim gold.

We're onto the final dive in the men's 3m springboard final. Chinese diver Cao Yuan sits in gold medal position, with Great Britain's Jack Laugher second.

GB'S GOLDEN COUPLE

More gold medals for Jason Kenny and Laura Trott, the British cycling power couple who get married next month. It's been quite a day for Team GB on the track. Again.

JOY OF SIX FOR KENNY

British track cyclist Jason Kenny has won the men's keirin to claim his third gold medal of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games and his sixth gold overall. No British athlete has won more Olympic titles and - at 28 years old - there is still time for him to win more. That man is having an incredible Games.

THE BIG FIGHT

Brazilian boxer Robson Conceição is one step away from winning his country's third gold medal of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. France's Sofiane Oumiha is the man trying to stop him. The big fight is coming up at 7.15pm.

GOLD TO GERMANY AT THE VELODROME
Britain's Rebecca James walked into her sprint final as hot favourite over Kristina Vogel, but the German edged her out in both races to walk away with the gold. Team GB have put on a dominant display on the track tonight and Katy Marchant winning her bronze medal race means there will be two Brits alongside Vogel on the podium.
