FARAH CLAIMS GOLD IN MEN'S 10,000M AFTER SLIZZLING FOOT-RACE DOWN THE STRETCH
At this moment, Great Britain's Mo Farah is laying face-down on the track, having just defended his London 2012 title in the men's 10,000m at the Olympic Stadium.
The two-time Olympic gold medallist won in 27 minutes, 5.18 seconds after a blistering kick on the home stretch to out-pace Kenyan Paul Tanui. This, don't forget, came after the Briton tripped and hit the deck earlier in the race.
Trailing Farah slightly, Tanui made his move on the first corner of the final lap. He accelerated and Farah followed. The two sped up with 200m to go and on the final turn, Farah found a faster pace and opened a gap in front of the challenger. Tanui earned silver, and Ethiopia's Tamirat Tola won bronze by 0.01 seconds.

FARAH FALLS
Mo Farah tripped and fell while tussling in the pack of 10,000m runners. The London 2012 champion in the event and the 5000m dropped to the track before bouncing right back up, barely appearing to lose pace.
They have 11 laps to go, and Farah has made a move on the three leaders, all from Kenya.
